Usually I find this when he is mysteriously out.
He talks Avery, his partner in crime, into moving her bunk bed ladder over to his crib.
They say you can tell a lot about a child by how they sneak out. So far it's been true for us. Avery never attempted an escape. The princess just yelled out threats from her throne. Caleb doesn't care how he gets out, he just wants out.
When I saw his surprised, mischievous face open the bedroom door, he bolted the other direction. Such effort, it was too hard to put him back down.
So we skipped nap today.
Jesse was, of course, so proud.
