Avery and I were very excited to get our first package. Jesse's mom sent Avery a very important item, running shoes. Her friends here on the island have "lace up" shoes, mom has her shoes she goes running in, and it didn't take Avery long to notice she didn't have any. Thanks Jani for making Avery's week. The moment she wakes up in the morning it's, "where are my running shoes?" We haven't worn any other shoe for a week now. I'd be lying if I said it didn't bother me, some days she just looks ridiculous.
