Poor? What are you talking about, rich people eat guacamole all the time. . . they just don't make it their main course.
You can only handle so much filet mignon and lobster, that's why Jesse and I like to mix it up every now and then with egg night, or pancake night, or super watered down tomato soup night. You know keep the kids guessing. Tonight was guac night.
For $30.25 EC, about $11 US, this embarrassment of riches fed the four of us.
"super watered down tomato soup night". My roommate in college used to eat pretzels dipped in ketchup for dinner a couple nights a week, you know, those nights when she wasn't feeling like caviar and crumpets.
